Cidevi Chile is a non-profit private corporation dedicated to promoting the inclusion of individuals with visual and deafblind disabilities. With a history spanning 30 years, Cidevi has empowered and transformed the lives of 6,500 individuals, providing them with the necessary tools and techniques for social, educational, and vocational integration. Their team of 50 professionals, including teachers and co-educators, work alongside families and loved ones to deliver personalized techniques and tools focused on communication and autonomy.
Cidevi offers various programs, such as the Special School San Alberto Hurtado, the Rehabilitation Center, the Low Vision Program, and the Complementary Communication Program. Through these initiatives, they strive to enhance independence, social participation, educational development, and employability.
