About CIIC-HIN
CIICHIN, or the Centre for Impact, Innovation and Capacity building for Health Information Systems and Nutrition, is a leading company and NGO in Rwanda. Our passion lies in developing and enhancing evidence-based decision making in healthcare provision and policies throughout the region. We achieve this by building the capacity of health and educational professionals, equipping them with relevant research skills.
Additionally, we collaborate with our partners to conduct robust research that addresses pressing healthcare challenges. Our vision is to contribute to the development of proactive, innovative, effective, and sustainable health systems in Rwanda and the wider region. We strive to create an environment where every individual and community has the potential to live healthy and productive lives.
To fulfill our mission, we generate evidence for better health policy and practice. We also develop transformative health-system solutions and products that improve lives. At the core of our work is the development of local and regional research capacities and capabilities for sustained development.
