Orise

Orise is the unified brand adopted by Control and Information Management (CIM) Ltd, its parent company Process Automation Solutions, and 11 associated member companies. Announced in April 2025, the rebrand brings their expertise together to provide scalable, system-independent automation, digitalization, and optimization services and solutions to customers worldwide. Existing legal entities remain unchanged for the foreseeable future, and CIM customers can continue working with the same teams and level of service.

Orise serves industries including pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, food and beverage, chemicals, energy and resources, data centers, and discrete manufacturing. Its offerings span operational excellence and process optimization, engineering and automation system integration, process control, lifecycle support, and IT/OT convergence. Digital products support manufacturing performance, data management, GxP compliance, analytics, and industrial AI, including tools for anomaly detection, asset health monitoring, and shop-floor management. Orise also provides SAP consulting and implementation, business intelligence and reporting, cloud services, and application management.
