The Chemoinformatics and Molecular Modeling Laboratory (CIMM) is a research and education group based in Kazan, focused on applying computational methods to chemical and biomedical problems. Its work includes data mining for translational medicine, chemoinformatics, molecular modeling, and screening-related research. The laboratory also develops and shares research resources, including software modules, scripts, web applications, and pharmacophore models.

Its project materials cover the SCREENING2018 initiative, with documentation on project progress, results, participants, and publications from 2018 to 2020, as well as the iSynthesis Synthesis Planner. CIMM supports a community of scientific supervisors, laboratory staff, PhD students, master’s students, and bachelor’s students, and provides information about its team and graduates. The laboratory also organizes and contributes to scientific events, with program and poster-session materials available for meetings including KSSCI2017, KSSCI2019, and E2PC2018.
