Digital Leaders Coaching is a Non-profit program in Vietnam. We was founded 2016 in HCMC. The fullname of program is "Institute of Potential IT Leaders - Hạt Giống Lãnh Đạo Số". The program focus to find IT Manager, IT Profesional candidates to developing, coaching them grown to CxO (CIO/CTO/CDO). The program have a excellent framework coaching to help candidates apply the knowledges, management methodologies to they real works environment. Up to Jannuary 2024, We were conducted successful 7 programs in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi City with 108 participants get the certificates. Now, some of them is CIO/CTO/CDO in large companies. In each year, we recruitm the candidate from Jannuary to March, start coaching from May and finish program in December. Please find more at ciocoaching.org
