Circle Of Hearts

Circle of Hearts Family Support Network is a Manitoba-based nonprofit children’s charity created by parents and caregivers of children with congenital or acquired heart defects. The organization supports pediatric heart patients and their families connected with the HSC Travis Price Children’s Heart Centre, serving communities across Manitoba, Nunavut, parts of northwestern Ontario, and eastern Saskatchewan. Its purpose is to help families feel less alone as they navigate a heart diagnosis, surgery, and ongoing care.

Circle of Hearts offers emotional and educational support, peer connections, and opportunities for families to share experiences with others who understand the challenges of childhood heart disease.
