CIRCLE Women is a women-led social enterprise founded in 2018, dedicated to empowering women across Pakistan through digital literacy, financial inclusion, and entrepreneurship. Our mission is to advance women's economic opportunities through AI-powered health solutions and skills development. With 60% women on our Board and 80% women in our team, we actively create growth opportunities for women from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Our work aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly gender equality, decent work, and economic growth. A core pillar of our impact is CIRCLE Baji, Pakistan’s first large-scale WhatsApp-based digital learning platform designed to equip women with essential digital skills, financial literacy, business tools, and personal development support. With thousands of active learners, CIRCLE Baji is enabling women, especially from low-income communities, to access quality learning anytime, anywhere, and to gain the confidence to participate fully in the digital economy. Through our on-ground programs, digital interventions, and community-centered leadership model, CIRCLE equips women with modern skills and practical tools to become active economic contributors. We are a community of caring individuals who celebrate diversity, individuality, and inclusion. About CIRCLE Women Association
CIRCLE Women Association is a dynamic brand dedicated to empowering women in Pakistan through various programs and initiatives. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by Pakistani women, CIRCLE focuses on capacity building and advocacy to bridge the gender gap and boost economic activity. Their capacity building programs identify talented women from marginalized communities and equip them with digital and financial knowledge, empowering them to overcome poverty and become successful entrepreneurs.
CIRCLE provides steady business coaching and tracks their progress to ensure long-term success. In addition to capacity building, CIRCLE also advocates for women's empowerment and works with partners in the public and private sector to invest resources and promote equity. By training women, CIRCLE amplifies its impact as these empowered women go on to uplift and empower other women in their communities.
To build a stronger ecosystem, CIRCLE is building a community of women, men, transgenders, and marginalized communities who will be engaged at the grassroots level. Through their Women Digital Agents initiative, they aim to educate and sensitize communities about the importance of digital literacy for women. CIRCLE offers a range of impactful programs, including the Digital Literacy Program, Digital Acceleration Program, She Loves Tech, Tech Karo, and Tech Hub.
