Circolo Velico Kaukana (CVK) is a sailing club based in the Marina di Ragusa area of Sicily, active since 1989. Affiliated with the Italian Sailing Federation as club number 270, it brings together more than 100 members and promotes sailing through instruction, competition and community activities. The club is particularly known for its sailing courses for beginners, welcoming both children and adults, as well as training for sailors who want to improve their skills.
Its program progresses from introductory lessons to pre-competitive exercises and federation racing for students ready to compete. CVK also offers windsurfing courses and supports competitive sailing classes, with sailors taking part in national and international regattas. Beyond regular training, the club organizes events and has worked with other sailing organizations to develop its activities.
Its school has also taken sailing into local classrooms through the VelaScuola project with students from the Vittorini school in Donnalucata. The club provides a base for training and sailing activities at Marina di Ragusa and welcomes new members to join its community
