Circular Materials is a producer responsibility organization (PRO) that is dedicated to helping producers in Canada meet their recycling regulation requirements. Our main focus is on designing recycling systems that promote innovation, improve environmental outcomes, and create value for our producer members through competitive procurement. As a national not-for-profit organization, we strive to transition to a more circular economy where materials are collected, recycled, and returned to producers for use as recycled content in new products and packaging.

We offer a range of services that support producers in meeting their extended producer responsibility (EPR) regulation requirements. These services include collection, management, promotion and education, and reporting. Additionally, Circular Materials administers residential packaging and packaging recycling programs in Ontario and New Brunswick.
