Círculo Plus is a membership benefits service designed to help customers access promotions, discounts, and special experiences through a digital platform. The brand has migrated to an improved platform intended to make browsing and using benefits easier, while keeping membership prices unchanged. Members do not need to make any changes to continue enjoying their membership.

The offering includes exclusive promotions at Sears and Sanborns, special discounts on selected products, and additional experiences and benefits made available each month. Círculo Plus also highlights offers from partner brands, giving members more opportunities to find savings and activities through the service. Its updated platform brings these benefits together in one place, with a focus on providing more value without increasing the price.

For assistance accessing the new benefits platform, members can contact the Círculo Plus customer service center by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Support is available Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Central Time.
