CIRKA Distilleries is a Montréal craft distillery producing grain-to-bottle spirits with locally farmed Québec grains and foraged botanicals. Founded by Paul Cirka, with master distiller Isabelle Rochette, the company combines regional ingredients with distinctive flavours and select ingredients from around the world. Its range includes whisky, gin, vodka and liqueurs, with products such as Whisky No. 2, Gin Sauvage, Navy Strength Gin, Limonea, Pomelo and Raspberry Cranberry Vodka. The distillery describes itself as Québec’s first grain-to-bottle distillery and highlights recognition from the International Wine and Spirits Competition and the food and beverage industry.
Alongside its spirits, CIRKA offers cocktail recipes designed with Montréal mixologists and hosts mixology classes and master classes. Visitors can book tours and tastings at its distillery on the historic Lachine Canal, with tours offered on Saturdays throughout the year. The venue is also available for corporate events, private parties and special events. CIRKA sells its products online and at the distillery, with selected spirits also available at the SAQ.
