Cita Ping is a groundbreaking service designed specifically for immigrants in Spain who face the challenging process of securing appointments for immigration-related needs. Founded by immigrants who experienced firsthand the frustration of constantly refreshing appointment websites, Cita Ping offers a smart solution. The platform actively searches for available appointments across all provinces in Spain and sends notifications to users when a suitable slot becomes available. This alleviates the stress associated with securing appointments for essential documents such as the NIE, TIE, or residency permits, which can be unpredictable and fleeting.

Since its inception in 2025, Cita Ping has transformed the appointment booking experience by making it more efficient and manageable. The brand values empathy, honesty, and community—commitments that resonate deeply with its founders, who understand the challenges their users face. Cita Ping not only aims to simplify the appointment process but also fosters a sense of solidarity among immigrants navigating similar experiences in their pursuit of stability in Spain.
