The Consulado de Colombia en Madrid is dedicated to serving the Colombian community in Spain through a streamlined process for obtaining consular services. Located at C/Madrazo, 8, with easy access from the Sevilla metro station, this consulate has transitioned to a new office as of February 25, 2025, reflecting its commitment to modernization and efficiency.

The consulate offers a range of services, including the scheduling of appointments (citas) for various consular procedures, which are essential for Colombian nationals residing in or visiting Spain. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, exclusively through their online platform; telephone and in-person requests are not accepted. Individuals can manage multiple paperwork tasks in a single appointment, streamlining their consular experience. It is important for users to note that a mere email with a code does not confirm an appointment, and to avoid intermediaries in the booking process. The service is entirely free, promoting accessibility for all Colombian citizens in the area.
