Citlivá podpora kojení

Petra Váňová provides sensitive, family-centered support for women and parents in Prague and the surrounding area. A certified lactation consultant, babywearing instructor trained through Trageschule, and doula in training, she offers guidance during pregnancy, birth, the postpartum period, and early parenthood. Her services include help with breastfeeding challenges, including nursing strikes and weaning, as well as practical advice on infant care, handling, and sleep. Expectant parents can prepare for breastfeeding through sessions that explain how nursing works and include practice with a demonstration doll.

Petra also advises families on babywearing, showing them how to adjust a carrier or tie a wrap safely and ergonomically, and how to dress and handle a baby in a carrier. As a birth doula, she provides emotional and physical support, helps with birth preferences, and can discuss postpartum care; an introductory meeting is free. Her rebozo services include pregnancy belly binding, birth support, postpartum care, and relaxation massage. Petra emphasizes respectful, empathetic guidance tailored to each family’s needs.
