City Cancer Challenge (C/Can) is an international non-profit organization working with cities to make quality cancer care accessible to everyone. Its approach brings local governments, healthcare providers, civil society, patients and other stakeholders together to identify gaps and develop locally led solutions that respond to community needs. Through C/Can Core, the organization supports cities to assess their health systems, create strategic plans, and implement and monitor sustainable cancer care programmes.

Its work spans areas such as early detection, diagnostic capacity, workforce development, access to cancer medicines, and breast and childhood cancer care. C/Can also offers city resources, research and insights, events, a digital health library, and guidance for private-sector engagement.
