The overall project goal is to provide technological expertise and facilities to experiment at European standards, by covering the needs of the local SMEs and PSOs for digital transformation for Tourism 4.0, eHealth, Smart City, and IC&T business industries, both in urban and rural areas from the Romanian South-Eastern Development Region (6 counties: Braila, Buzau, Constanta, Galati, Tulcea, Vrancea).
