City of Om is an Ottawa-based wellness festival that brings people of all ages together to celebrate movement, mindfulness, health, and community. Held at the RA Centre, the three-day event has grown from a yoga festival into a broad program of fitness, learning, recovery, and family-friendly activities. Its experiences include yoga and ritual, Pilates, strength training, HYROX, indoor cycling with SPINCO Orléans, meditation, saunas, red light therapy, and guided cold plunges.
Guests can also enjoy live music and DJs, a speaker series, kids’ programming, and a community fun run organized in partnership with Run Ottawa. The festival’s vendor village features local artisans, wellness businesses, food, and beverage providers, while community events help participants connect in the lead-up to the main gathering.
