Founded by three like-minded Houstonians, our objective is simple: to bring the heritage of cider culture and orchards to our favorite city. With family-owned farms lining the shores of Lake Ontario, we tap into the rich roots of Great Lakes Apple Country.
We press carefully selected apples on the farm, transport the juice to Houston, and produce traditional ciders right in the heart of the city. Every partner is actively involved in managing the cidery, ensuring that we oversee the entire process from tree to glass. But our passion doesn't stop at cider – we also love beer! Texas law requires us to serve beer, so we've dedicated ourselves to crafting classic styles that are exclusively available in our taproom.
