About Ciudad Viva
Brand: Ciudad Viva
Ciudad Viva is a Peruvian organization led by specialized women in urban solutions with ecological approaches. Our mission is to create healthy, equitable, biodiverse, and climate-resilient cities by bringing together stakeholders to design, install, manage, and maintain projects. Through co-design, co-implementation, and co-monitoring, we focus on building greener, resilient, healthy, and inclusive neighborhoods and cities. We utilize cutting-edge tools and innovative methodologies to achieve our goals.
Some of our projects include the transformation and consolidation of Parque Villamar into an active, green, intergenerational, well-equipped, and safe space overlooking the sea. We also contribute to local development with circular economy principles in Independence Sostenible. Additionally, we actively work towards the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (ODS). We have published a series of informative publications on integrating forestry, social, and urban knowledge.
