Caveirinha Jiu-Jitsu Family Bingen (CJJF Bingen) is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in Bingen am Rhein, Germany, offering training in a welcoming, family-oriented community. Its approach emphasizes respect, discipline and mutual support, and classes are open to people of different ages and experience levels, including complete beginners. The school’s programs include traditional Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for adults, NoGi grappling focused on movement, speed and technique, dedicated training for teenagers aged 12 and over, and playful, supportive Jiu-Jitsu classes for children.
Training can help participants develop fitness, coordination, flexibility and strength while learning self-defence and building confidence and resilience. CJJF Bingen also offers a four-week beginners’ course and invites newcomers to arrange a free trial session. Comfortable sportswear is suitable for a first visit; loaner Gis are available for those who want to continue before buying their own.
Based at Franz-Kirsten-Straße 1 in Bingen am Rhein, the school provides scheduled training throughout the week and welcomes prospective members to get in touch by email, phone or WhatsApp
