Claire Batten

Claire Batten Consulting is an art advisory and creative consultancy led by Claire Batten, a London-born professional trained at Sotheby’s Institute of Art. Based on experience in Philadelphia’s arts community and growing connections with artists in Charleston, South Carolina, the business brings together art, emerging talent, and interior design. Claire advises private art collectors with a sense of adventure, helping them engage with distinctive works and artists.

Through RAW-Nerve, she presents artists in the spotlight and explores contemporary art through performative, immersive, and experiential approaches. RAW-Talent focuses on discovering, nurturing, and advising new creative talent. The consultancy also offers Raw Décor, drawing on Claire’s experience as an interior decorator to put art at the center of design projects; its project gallery features art-inspired interiors.
