Clara is an AI scheduling assistant from Clara AI, Inc., designed to take meeting coordination off professionals’ hands. Users simply copy Clara on an email thread; she proposes times, manages replies and follow-ups, handles rescheduling, and confirms the meeting without requiring a scheduling link or further involvement. Clara supports individual, group, internal, and multi-time-zone meetings, helping teams spend less time coordinating and more time on their work.

The service is built for agencies, legal and finance professionals, executives, founders, and recruiters, with features suited to client confidentiality and high-volume scheduling. Clara works with Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook and Exchange, and supports calendar and video meeting workflows involving tools such as Zoom and Teams. Users can set preferences for scheduling windows, buffer times, meeting types, priority contacts, and communication style. Enterprise plans offer options including unlimited meetings, multiple calendars, delegate access, administrative settings, company-wide preferences, and custom-domain email. Clara says no human reads scheduling emails and that customer data is not used to train its models.
