Clara Sênior is a family-founded assisted living and senior care provider in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Established 30 years ago by physician Dr. Telmo Diniz, the organization combines the comfort of hotel-style accommodation with 24-hour medical support and a welcoming, home-like environment. Dr. Diniz remains closely involved in the residential care.

Clara Sênior operates two units, in Lourdes and Floresta, and offers options to suit different needs. Permanent residence includes assisted hospitality, medical and nursing care around the clock, and five daily meals. Temporary stays are available for family holidays, trial periods, or post-surgical recovery. Its Day Use service lets older adults spend the day taking part in activities and socializing before returning home in the evening.

Services and amenities include furnished suites, daily housekeeping, laundry, concierge support, chef-prepared meals, and an individualized welcome and adaptation plan. The care team includes doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, nutritionists, caregivers, and other specialists. Daily programming features social events, outings, and psychomotor activities that combine movement with cognitive stimulation.
