Clare Kumar

Clare Kumar is a neuroinclusion and productivity specialist who helps organizations create safer, more welcoming environments for employees, customers, students, and visitors. Drawing on her lived experience as an autistic person with ADHD and her work with neurodivergent clients, she champions the idea that productivity is personal and that inclusion is a design opportunity. Her approach to neurological safety focuses on sensory support, cognitive kindness, and emotional engagement, helping people feel comfortable, focused, and able to participate.

Clare offers speaking engagements, coaching, workplace programs, and team sessions focused on engagement, focus, and practical ways to get work done. Her programs help people manage time, make decisions, set priorities, reduce distractions, and address challenges such as perfectionism and procrastination.
