Clay Health

Clay Health is a consulting and coaching brand that helps health and wellness practitioners build, manage, and grow patient-centered practices. Its services are designed for providers who want to spend more time caring for patients and less time navigating the demands of running a business. Clay Health works with functional medicine practitioners, nurse practitioners, direct primary care and membership-based clinics, wellness providers, and behavioral health practices.

The company offers support for launching a new practice, improving an established business through focused projects, and addressing specific challenges through one-to-one coaching or consulting. Its work may include business planning, practice operations, marketing, financial strategy, workflow improvements, patient acquisition and retention, and the development of sustainable revenue models such as memberships and service packages. Clay Health also helps practitioners improve intake, follow-up, communication, and other aspects of the patient experience, while establishing systems that support growth and measurable outcomes. Founded by Sera, whose background spans financial services, healthcare administration, and nonprofit leadership, Clay Health emphasizes collaborative, compassionate, female-focused support and aims to make healthcare more personal.
