The Clay & Craft Cottage is a contemporary art and craft studio offering creative activities for children and adults. Located in Essex, it welcomes visitors to paint, make, and explore different crafts in a friendly, supportive setting. The studio has an extensive selection of ceramics, including pieces made in-house using more than 2,000 moulds, alongside paints, design tools, idea books, and staff support to help guests create individual artworks.

Facilities include an open-plan studio with seating for up to 62 people, a seasonal courtyard, and a dedicated clay room. Visitors can use pottery wheels, try clay moulding, and work with tools and cutters. Clay Cottage also organises parties and sessions for children and adults, as well as workshops, cakes, Crafty Monkeys activities, keepsake and gift making, and charity or fundraising sessions.
