Magnetibao, formerly known as Cilibar, presents itself as a powerful search engine for locating magnet links and other online resources. The site says its index contains more than ten million links and is updated continuously, around the clock. Its homepage offers several discovery options, including general search, title-based searches, and a dedicated category for adult video identifiers.

It also features links to resource directories and a video-search and playback service. The homepage highlights a rotating selection of film and television titles, including both Chinese and international releases, giving visitors examples of content they can look for. Because network access may be unstable, the site advises users to remember several short-domain addresses as alternatives for reaching it.

It also lists an email address for obtaining updated access information, alongside contact details and resource-navigation links. Overall, Magnetibao is positioned as a searchable directory for finding indexed links and media-related resources, rather than as a producer of the films or other content displayed
