Clean Coalition is an organization dedicated to accelerating the transition to renewable energy and a modern, resilient electricity grid. It combines technical, policy, and project development expertise to make clean local energy more accessible and help communities realize its economic, environmental, and resilience benefits. Its vision is for local renewable sources to provide at least 25% of electricity from newly added U.S. generation capacity from 2025 onward.
The organization develops and stages Community Microgrids, designs projects that can be replicated across utility service areas, and advances wholesale distributed generation, including commercial-scale solar.
