ECAC European Clean Air Centre is an independent think-tank organization dedicated to promoting air quality and climate protection objectives at both national and EU levels. Our focus is on supporting unbiased, research-based solutions to enhance air quality across different policies. We prioritize giving a voice to Central and Eastern European countries, recognizing the unique air quality challenges they face compared to Western Europe.

Our core objectives include developing and advocating for effective air quality improvement policies in Europe, researching synergies between air quality and other areas like public health, climate protection, transport, and energy, providing expertise to public administrations on air quality policies, strategies, and programs, and increasing awareness of the health impacts of air pollution and climate change.
