About Clean Energy Leadership Institute
The Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a diverse community of changemakers to advance an equitable, decarbonized, and resilient energy ecosystem. Since 2013, CELI has helped develop clean-energy talent through professional training, education, and community-building programs. Its signature Fellowship equips emerging and working professionals with energy systems knowledge, adaptive leadership skills, energy justice principles, and connections across the clean energy sector.
CELI also supports early explorers of climate careers through internship programming, including its EDICT Internship Program, and offers energy literacy and leadership development opportunities. Through partnerships with experts at universities, companies, and organizations, CELI provides education to professionals across the United States. Its emPOWER conference brings Fellows, alumni, industry experts, partners, and community members together to share knowledge and strengthen collaboration across the sector.
