Clearcert

ClearCert is a compliance technology and information service that helps insurance carriers, agencies, producers, brokers, and training providers verify producer training and meet carrier and state requirements. It does not provide training courses or exams; instead, it confirms that completed training is recognized and counts toward applicable compliance obligations.

The platform brings together carrier requirements, accepted course information, producer training records, state requirements, compliance alerts, and certification reports. Its tools support annuity training compliance, including best-interest and suitability requirements, as well as long-term care certification. ClearCert also operates a centralized training record clearinghouse, connecting records reported by participating training providers with producers and company administrators. The service has accumulated more than 3.5 million records since 2007.

Individual producers can choose a Resident State Plan for compliance visibility in their resident state or a National Producer Plan covering the states where they do business. Both plans provide access to training records and related compliance resources; courses and exams must be completed through independent providers.
