Clear Creek Goldens

Clear Creek Goldens is a small, in-home Golden Retriever breeder located in the Idaho mountains just outside Boise. Founded by Jenine and her husband, Mike, the family-run business grew from their experience with Buck, a gentle Golden Retriever who became a beloved companion to their ten children. The breeders aim to share the affectionate, family-friendly qualities of the breed with other households, raising puppies in their home.

The program focuses on health and temperament from the start. Clear Creek Goldens carefully selects its dams and sires, all of whom receive genetic and physical health screening through OFA, PennHip, and PawPrint Genetics. The breeder also evaluates inbreeding coefficients to avoid closely related pairings. Puppies are raised using Puppy Culture protocols and Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS). Before going home at seven weeks, each puppy receives an initial vaccination, deworming, and first veterinary examination.

The website features available puppies, parent dogs, past litters, testimonials, pricing information, and a guardianship program. Clear Creek Goldens lists Idaho, Washington, Montana, Oregon, Utah, and Colorado.
