Clear Focus Counseling

Clear Focus Counseling (CFC) provides online and in-person counseling and coaching for adults, teenagers, and children. The practice aims to offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental setting where clients can work toward personal growth, healthier relationships, and improved coping skills. Services include individual counseling, couples and family counseling, grief counseling, life counseling, self-development, and private or group coaching by appointment. Sessions focus on addressing current challenges, encouraging positive thinking and behavior, reframing reactions, and developing practical tools for managing life’s obstacles.

CFC also offers anger management classes using a California court-approved curriculum. Programs are available through court appointment or self-referral, and the practice states that it is certified to meet requirements for court-ordered programs and domestic violence reconciliation. Clear Focus Counseling was founded by Timothy Gilmore, Psy.D., a Certified Anger Management Specialist-II and member of the National Anger Management Association. Gilmore brings experience as a psychology professor and academic advisor, along with training in social work, counseling education, and clinical psychology.
