Grenache, Syrah et Mourvèdre pour les rouges ; Clairette, Roussanne, Bourboulenc et Grenache Blanc pour les blancs : chaque cépage trouve sa juste place dans un travail parcellaire précis. Les vendanges sont réalisées manuellement et les vinifications conduites au cœur du village, dans les chais du domaine. Certifié HVE niveau 3, le Domaine Clef de Saint Thomas affirme son engagement en faveur de la biodiversité et d’une viticulture durable, exigeante et respectueuse de son environnement. Domaine Clef de Saint Thomas is a family-run wine estate in the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in France’s Vaucluse region. Its 12 hectares of vineyards span four named sites and a mosaic of traditional grape varieties, which the estate carefully blends to express the character of the appellation. The domaine produces four AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines: Clef de Saint Thomas and Pierre Troupel, each available in red and white.
Clef de Saint Thomas wines include a red made from selected old Grenache and Syrah vines, noted for elegant dark-fruit aromas, and a mineral, aromatically complex white. Pierre Troupel wines come from younger vines and are described as fresh, balanced and fruit-forward, with raspberry and redcurrant notes in the red and floral, white-peach notes in the white. The estate vinifies its wines in its cellar in the village and sells them directly through its online shop.
