Cleft Care Indonesia Foundation, based in Surabaya, is a non-profit humanitarian organization dedicated to creating a support system for underprivileged cleft children. Established in 1995 as part of Tulip Indonesia, it became an independent foundation in 2010. Cleft Care aims to assist and support parents with cleft infants, bringing hope into the lives of these children.

Managed by passionate multinational volunteers, the foundation closely collaborates with communities and those in need. The organization's history dates back to NederlandseKlub Surabaya, a group of volunteers assisting the disadvantaged and providing funds for cleft surgeries. Recognizing the lack of information and support for parents with cleft children, the foundation was established in 2006.

Since then, it has evolved into a mature non-profit organization. Cleft Care Indonesia Foundation's mission is to compile and share knowledge, develop culturally appropriate guidelines, and raise awareness about caring for and feeding cleft infants in East Java. The organization strives to ensure that parents understand the importance of treatment and know when and where to seek surgery.
