ClemPadel Coaching is a padel education and training brand founded by Clément Bourdin, a certified padel coach and sports physiotherapist. It helps coaches and aspiring coaches develop a more structured, effective approach to teaching, while also offering training for players. Its core coach academy teaches the MPC method, which organizes player development around three pillars: Mindset, Placement and Coup (shot).

The approach encourages coaches to understand a player’s intentions and positioning before correcting technique, helping them identify the causes of errors and give clear, timely guidance. Training is designed for coaches with existing padel experience who want to improve lesson planning, observation and analysis, rather than simply collect drills or obtain a quick qualification. The academy uses limited sessions and application-based selection.

ClemPadel Coaching also provides player programs, physical preparation resources, online courses, an ebook, a coach community and a forum.
