CLI-Courses is an international medical education initiative focused on improving knowledge and skills in the treatment of chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI). Founded in 2017 by interventional radiologists Dr. Marco Manzi and Dr. Mariano Palena, the organization has grown to serve an international audience through virtual and in-person learning opportunities. Its educational approach centers on observing live clinical cases, sharing experience in managing complex situations, and discussing treatment decisions through case-based learning.
CLI-Courses offers in-person events, online events, and an academy, alongside video and photo galleries and participation in partner congresses. Its featured event, CLI-C Global, brings physicians together for focused education and professional exchange. The 2027 conference, scheduled for 22–23 April, will address treatment strategies for diabetic foot, with opportunities to learn from international experts and connect with peers and leading physicians. Through these programs, CLI-Courses supports clinicians seeking practical insights into CLTI care and the management of challenging cases.
