ClickContext

ClickContext is a Shopify app that helps merchants understand how customers behave on their stores by making behavioral data accessible to AI. Instead of relying on manual reviews of heatmaps and session recordings, merchants can ask Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP-compatible client questions about clicks, conversion funnels, and revenue events. ClickContext structures customer activity with e-commerce context, helping AI connect interactions to products, purchase intent, and sales outcomes.

Setup begins with a one-click Shopify installation. A lightweight script, under 20 KB, captures behavior automatically without tagging or additional configuration. Merchants can then connect the data through ClickContext’s MCP server. Its capabilities include analyzing conversion funnels, identifying ignored buttons and customer friction, correlating user experience changes with revenue, and detecting behavioral anomalies that may signal a sales decline. The company says its team has worked with more than 50 Shopify merchants over five years.
