Cliff Farm Livery is an established, friendly do-it-yourself (DIY) horse livery yard on the outskirts of Lincoln, North Lincolnshire. Operating since 2006, it offers a conveniently located base for horse owners, students and riders seeking DIY livery in a quiet setting. The yard is about two miles north of Lincoln, on the A15, with access also from Burton Road (B1398). It is within a mile of the University of Lincoln’s Riseholme campus, which offers equine courses, and close to Bishop Burton College.
Riders can enjoy hacking on quiet lanes around South Carlton, less than a mile from the yard. Nearby equestrian opportunities include cross-country schooling at Grange de Lings and local unaffiliated events such as riding club and pony club dressage, hunter trials, showing, showjumping and one-day events. Affiliated showjumping and dressage venues, including Hill House Equestrian Centre and Arena UK, are within an hour’s drive.
