Climate Alliance is a brand dedicated to combating climate change through a holistic approach. With nearly 2,000 member municipalities and districts across more than 25 European countries, as well as regional governments, NGOs, and other organizations, Climate Alliance is the largest European city network focused on climate action. From small rural towns to populous cities, our diverse members recognize that climate change is a global challenge and that local solutions are needed.

One of our core focuses is promoting climate action within European municipalities, but we also work closely with the indigenous peoples of the Amazon River basin. These communities have a long-standing tradition of sustainable forestry practices, drawing from their intimate knowledge of the environment and direct connection to the ground realities. Climate Alliance supports and collaborates with them, recognizing their valuable expertise.

Through our network, we provide various services and resources to support municipal action on climate change. Additionally, we engage in advocacy, both at the international and national levels, to influence climate policies.
