American Climate Corps

The American Climate Corps (ACC) is a pioneering initiative designed to engage and empower a new generation of environmentally-conscious leaders and workers. Founded as part of President Biden’s ambitious climate agenda, the ACC aims to address the pressing challenges of climate change and environmental injustice through workforce training and hands-on service opportunities. With roots tracing back to the Civilian Conservation Corps established in 1933, the ACC honors this legacy by mobilizing young Americans to combat climate change while fostering community resilience.

Through the ACC, participants gain valuable skills and training that enable them to contribute directly to clean energy solutions and conservation efforts. The program stands firm in the belief that everyone, regardless of background, can contribute to a sustainable and equitable future. By joining the ACC, individuals take part in a transformative movement focused on creating a just, climate-resilient world, ultimately shaping a healthier environment for all communities across the nation.
