Climate Integrate

Climate Integrate is an independent, Japan-based nonprofit climate policy think tank established in 2022. It works to protect the climate by connecting science, politics, and society, helping accelerate policy change and practical action toward decarbonization. Its work combines research and analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communication to support efforts by governments, businesses, financial institutions, and other actors.

The organization analyzes climate policies and existing frameworks, then recommends changes to strengthen emissions reductions and remove barriers to action. It monitors and assesses Japanese companies’ progress toward net zero, including efforts across their operations and supply chains. Its work also covers inclusive governance, international climate diplomacy, and sustainable finance, with an emphasis on dialogue, transparency, and collaboration.

Climate Integrate shares information and expertise on climate science, policy, technology, costs, and environmental impacts. Its resources include reports, insights, data visualizations, columns, videos, events, webinars, and press releases. Through research, recommendations, and practical support, the organization seeks to help diverse stakeholders make informed decisions and advance climate action in Japan and internationally.
