Climb Hire is a national up-skilling non-profit organization founded in 2019 by three-time social entrepreneur Nitzan Pelman. They are dedicated to assisting low-income and overlooked working adults in breaking into new careers. Climb Hire offers a comprehensive program that equips individuals with both technical and soft skills needed for higher-paying jobs and success in the workforce.

They prioritize building a community and providing emotional support, as well as networking opportunities to expand job opportunities. Recognizing that connections matter in the job market, Climb Hire's curriculum focuses on networking and developing social capital. They aim to serve as an alternative to traditional means of gaining skills and social capital, particularly for those who lack access to Ivy League-type university networks.

Climb Hire offers various learning tracks, including the Salesforce Administrator Program and Digital Marketing & Analysis. Their programs involve a split curriculum, combining technical training with essential soft skills. Additionally, participants receive personalized career development support to ensure job success.

Upon graduation, Climbers become part of the Alumni Community and can continue to pay-it-forward through mentoring and participation in other Climb Hire programs. The organization also partners with local and national employers, providing them with highly trained and motivated talent
