Climer’s Auctions is a California auction company specializing in live storage auctions. Serving the state for more than 38 years, the business combines hands-on industry experience with a focus on integrity, professional service, and strong auction results. It works with self-storage operators to clear delinquent units, recover revenue, and return space to paying customers, while giving buyers opportunities to bid on unit contents.

For facility managers, Climer’s Auctions offers a coordinated service that includes lock cutting and inventory, targeted promotion through social media, online platforms, and its buyer network, and professionally conducted on-site auctions. The company also assists with post-auction coordination, including paperwork and payment processing, working directly with site managers throughout the process. It emphasizes that its auctions are conducted by its own team rather than third-party subcontractors.

Buyers can view upcoming auction schedules and sign up for text alerts about updates, changes, or cancellations, as well as email notices with the latest schedules.
