CLIMS

CLIMS, the Liaison Committee of Social Military Organizations, was established in April 1975 and is governed by a protocol involving 12 countries. These countries, including Germany, France, Italy, and Greece, are represented by competent delegations focused on fostering dynamic exchanges between Ministries of Defense. The committee holds biannual meetings to promote vacation opportunities for youth and families among its members.

The CLIMS operates as a consultative body, emphasizing collaboration and decision-making by individual delegations. Led by President Col. Cozmin Marinescu from Romania and Vice President Dra.

Paula Costa from Portugal, the committee's secretariat facilitates communication and information sharing in English and French. With a focus on cooperation and information dissemination, CLIMS plays a crucial role in promoting international military social services and activities
