Clinch Academy is a martial arts and fitness academy in Frederick, focused on helping people build confidence, resilience, health, and practical skills through training. Its programs welcome beginners and experienced students, with options for children, teens, adults, and families in a supportive, clean training environment.

Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are offered for ages 4–6 and 7–13, emphasizing confidence, discipline, respect, and resilience. For ages 14 and up, the academy offers adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Krav Maga, and fitness programs. Training supports physical conditioning, practical self-defense, mental focus, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Fitness and mobility sessions, including fitness kickboxing, provide additional ways to move better and build strength.

Clinch Academy presents martial arts as more than learning techniques: students train alongside encouraging teammates and coaches while developing habits and character they can apply beyond the mat. The academy is led by coaches with experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, striking, Krav Maga, and youth instruction.
