Baviera Italia

Baviera is an ophthalmology group specializing in vision correction, with more than 30 years of experience and clinics across Italy. Its team of over 2,000 professionals has carried out more than two million laser and intraocular procedures. Baviera provides personalized care from the initial assessment through post-operative check-ups, helping patients explore options to reduce their reliance on glasses and contact lenses.

Services include laser surgery for myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism, with techniques such as FemtoLASIK and PRK/LASEK, as well as intraocular lenses for presbyopia and cataracts. The clinics also offer care for retinal conditions, strabismus, glaucoma and keratoconus. A refractive assessment helps an ophthalmologist determine eligibility and recommend a suitable technique, explaining alternatives and answering questions.

Baviera says its treatment prices include scheduled post-operative visits through discharge and offers financing options, along with agreements with insurance companies, funds and brokers. Its 13 Italian clinics provide surgical procedures, specialist consultations and follow-up care, with services varying by location. Patients can book visits online or contact the group by phone.
