NUPEMA is a health and therapy clinic founded in 2018 by Nuria, a speech and language therapist with experience in early intervention and specialist training in neurology and orofacial motricity. Based in O Carballiño, the clinic offers a welcoming, professional setting where patients and families receive guidance and support tailored to their needs. Its multidisciplinary services include speech and language therapy for autism, communication, literacy, orofacial myofunctional needs, neurological conditions, voice and early development; psychology for autism, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, behaviour, relationships and early intervention; and physiotherapy for children, respiratory needs, trauma, oculomotor issues, early intervention and craniofacial concerns.

NUPEMA also provides medical rehabilitation for traumatic injuries, musculoskeletal disabilities and orthopaedic conditions, including musculoskeletal ultrasound and injections.
