Clinique Savha

Clinique Savha is a private primary care clinic located at 54 Saint-Jean-Baptiste in Victoriaville, Quebec. Founded by Sandrine, a health professional with more than six years of experience, the clinic focuses on prevention, chronic disease follow-up, and common health concerns. It is scheduled to open on October 26, 2026, with appointments available from that date.

Savha offers personalized assessments, care plans, treatments, and ongoing follow-up, with one designated professional serving as each patient’s consistent point of contact. Its care pathways cover chronic conditions, child health and development from birth to age five, pregnancy, breastfeeding and newborn care, sexual and reproductive health, prevention and screening, and women’s hormonal health, including perimenopause and menopause. Chronic care includes follow-up for high blood pressure, dyslipidemia, and diabetes, with monitoring of results, medication, and health changes. The clinic also offers some targeted consultations for common problems. Family physicians and nurse practitioners specializing in primary care work as partners to support assessments, prescriptions, follow-up, and referrals when appropriate.
