Clips Academia Europa

Clips Academia Europa is a Capoeira community in Helsinki that presents the Afro-Brazilian art as more than a sport: a way to support physical well-being, cultural expression, social inclusion, and personal growth. Its training brings together movement, music, and community, helping participants develop fitness, flexibility, coordination, and an active lifestyle while connecting with others in the roda. The academy welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners, with classes for children aged 6–12 and participants aged 13 and older.

Training takes place at Urhea, Helsinki’s Olympic Training Center, in a space developed in partnership with the Finnish Capoeira Federation and the World Capoeira Federation. The program offers single sessions, monthly subscriptions, and season passes, with options for once-a-week or twice-weekly attendance and unlimited seasonal training. A first class is free for both age groups, and children’s training is also highlighted.
